When will my flooring arrive?

After your flooring order is placed one of the Oakwoods team will contact you to arrange a delivery date most convenient for you. Many of our popular floors are in stock and available for immediate dispatch with delivery in 48 hours and sometimes even next business day.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Most accessory orders are eligible for free delivery – all accessory orders over £35! Smaller orders under £35 are charged at a minimal cost often £4 +VAT.

Flooring orders over £400+vat are delivered FREE to most postcodes. Flooring orders under £400 are charged at a subsidised rate of around £30 to £45 inc VAT to most addresses in the UK.

Please use the Quick Quote button on each flooring product for a flooring quote delivered to your postcode.

If I order in the evening or at the weekend when will my purchases be dispatched?

Accessory orders will be dispatched the next working day but we do pick and pack in our own warehouse up to 3pm for next day delivery orders. We will contact you to arrange delivery of flooring when most convenient for you.

How can I track my order?

After your order is processed you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking information. If the email does not arrive or your having trouble tracking your order, send an email and we will track the order for you – orders@oakwoodsoutlet.co.uk

My order has not arrived when expected, what should i do?

If your estimated delivery time has passed please send an email quoting your order number to: orders@oakwoodsoutlet.co.uk Please ensure that the estimated delivery time has passed. We cannot chase the courier for deliveries before the time has expired.

I have received an incorrect item, what should i do?

Please send an email to orders@oakwoodsoutlet.co.uk we will re-send your item and arrange collection of the incorrect product.

What happens if my item(s) are damaged or defective?

We make sure everything is done to protect all products in transit to minimise the risk of damages. If an item has arrived damaged please sign for the goods “as damaged” and let us know with 24 hours so that we can sort this for you. Please take photographs of the damage and send them to orders@oakwoodsoutlet.co.uk
if your item is defective please send us an email and we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.

How do i know how many packs of flooring i need

For your convenience, simply use the Quick Quote button on each flooring product and tell us how many square meters you requite. We recommend 10% extra to allow for wastage and this should included in the quantity that you request a quote for.

We will respond straight away with a price and let you know how many packs you would need.

What’s an add-on item?

Add-on items are products that we can only offer with orders of Wood Flooring. In some circumstances, we can supply these separate to flooring orders, but there may be additional charges. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions.

How long will it take for my wood flooring to arrive?

Our discounted wood flooring brands can be delivered within 2-3 days and even Next Day!

We also offer a wood floor sourcing serviced can even provide tailor made and custom made to order floors to your specification. These products may have longer lead times. Sometimes a few days but can be a month or more. Please speak to your flooring consultant about the estimated manufacture time.

am i able to change my order after it has been placed?

So long as your order has not been dispatched amendments can be made. Please send an email to orders@oakwoodsoutlet.co.uk or contact us. Please note that for custom made to order products that once ordered these cannot be cancelled or altered.

How do i apply a discount code

During the checkout process on the “Checkout Details” page you will be given the opportunity to enter a discount code. If you are a trade repeat customer or have a volume order to place please contact us to ask about discount codes.

Do you offer a wood flooring fitting service

We do not offer fitting directly however, we have a large list of reputable flooring professionals from all around the country that we can put you in contact with. If you would like contact information for your closest professional please put a note on your order and will pass on the details.

Do you sell to the public or just trade?

We sell to sell to both public and trade. This includes flooring professionals, carpenters, builders & developers, interior designers and architects. Please note that all prices  are displayed inclusive of VAT.
