Flooring Orders
Most of the time, our floors can be with you in a matter of days. However, this is dependant on stock levels. If we don’t have it in, we can often ship directly from the manufacturer to save time. If you are interested in purchasing a wood floor from us and want to confirm stock, please contact us.
We can offer express and weekend shipping on certain products subject to stock levels and delivery location. If you require express shipping or weekend delivery, please contact us for more information (enquiries will typically be answered within 20 minutes including Evenings & Weekends).
Free Delivery will be automatically applied to orders over £300, although some exclusions apply. If you are unsure about the delivery costs of a product you are interested in, add the desired quantity to your basket where upon delivery will be automatically calculated once you have entered your postcode.

Once you have added your products to basket a ‘Delivery Date’ field will appear. Here you can select your desired delivery date.
Please note this date is not guaranteed. We will contact you via email to confirm your delivery. Please do not book tradesmen/fitters until you have received the confirmation email.
If you are unable to select the day you desire, please contact us and we will see if it’s possible to arrange delivery for that particular date.
Some products are stored in separate warehouses for ease of delivery across the UK and for forward shipping to Europe and further afield. Some products may also be shipped directly from the manufacturer, so it is possible that some orders may be delivered by separate / multiple couriers.
Your confirmation email following your order will highlight any instances of this so you will know ahead of time exactly how many deliveries to expect.
Accessory Orders
If an item is in stock, a message will be displayed on the product page. If the message instead reads ‘Available Via Economy Delivery (2-6 Days)’, this is because due to various logistical reasons, we are unable to offer express options for that product.
We can offer express and weekend shipping on certain products subject to stock levels. To see all available shipping options for a particular product, please add the desired quantity to your basket. Once you have entered your postcode, the delivery prices and available options will be displayed.
If there are no express options shown in the basket, this means we are only able to offer our standard or economy delivery for various logistical reasons.

Our cut off time is currently 3pm Monday – Friday. Orders after this time will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched Monday.
All goods should be signed for upon receipt. Any damage or shortfalls should be noted on the courier’s documentation when signing and reported to Oakwoods by email or contact form within 24 hours.
