Please use the floor calculator to help calculate the number of packs required for your project. It is recommended to allow up to 10% wastage allowance. This is to allow for cutting around the perimeter of the room and doorways etc. Plus also if you want a specific look and wish to discard certain boards for aesthetic reasons. Alpine Engineered Wood Flooring is manufactured with a 3 ply construction and a T&G profile which easily pushes together to provide a solid floor construction.This real oak floor is a single plank oak engineered wood floor. The top wear layer is moulded with a micro bevel to all four sides of the board which helps to distinguish it from adjacent boards and to emphasise the real oak plank look to the floor.A305 is milled from European Oak selected to offer a characteristic rustic appearance grade.
