V4 Alpine A114 Wide Oak Select / Nature UV Oiled, one of the wide board engineered wood floors from the Alpine Collection produced by the leading flooring supplier, V4 Flooring. Colours range from neutral and light to an opulent dark brown, and these premium quality engineered planks – compatible with underfloor heating – come in sizes ranging from narrow to extra-wide.

V4 A114 is made from European Oak and it comes with an impressive 3mm top wear layer. The Alpine Wideboard Collection are all available in 190mm width and 1.9m length. It comes in a 2.888m2 pack size made up of six planks per pack and can have two random cut boards.

It is recommended to allow up to 10% wastage allowance. This is to allow for cutting around the perimeter of the room and doorways etc. Also if you want a specific look and wish to discard certain boards for aesthetic reasons.

Alpine Wide Engineered Floors feature a T&G fit on all four sides. This real oak floor is a single plank oak engineered wood floor. The top wear layer is moulded with a micro bevel to all four sides of the board which helps to distinguish it from adjacent boards and to emphasise the real oak plank look to the floor. A114 is milled from European Oak in a Select / Nature appearance grade.

The raw planks are carefully selected at the mill to offer a cleaner look whilst still retaining the character of a natural oak wood floor with variation in both colour and grain patterns. Plus also some light sapwood to the edge of some planks and some smaller closed and open filled knots.
