V4 Eiger Grand EG104 Oak Rustic Oiled 240mm, the extra-wide engineered oak wood floor manufactured by the highly respected flooring manufacturer, V4 Wood Flooring. This V4 Eiger Grand EG104 Oak Rustic Oiled 240mm is beautifully finished.
Milled from European Oak, this wide engineered oak floorboard features a generous single plank 6mm wear layer. The Eiger Grand EG104 Oiled is an extra-wide oak floor which is 240mm wide and made from a 2.2m long single piece of oak. It comes in a 2.112m2 pack size made up of four planks per pack and can have one random cut split plank.
It is recommended to allow up to 10% wastage allowance. This is to allow for cutting around the perimeter of the room and doorways etc. Also if you want a specific look and wish to discard certain boards for aesthetic reasons.
The Eiger Grand Oiled Engineered Oak Floor is made with a multi-ply construction and a Tongue & Groove profile on all four sides of the board that simply pushes together for a quick and professional installation. It is a single plank wide oak engineered wood floor. The top wear layer is moulded with a micro bevel to all four sides of the board which helps to distinguish it from adjacent boards and to emphasise the real oak plank look to the floor.
EG104 is milled from European Oak selected to offer a characteristic rustic appearance grade. This includes more variation in grain patterns, natural colour variation, mineral streaks and a distribution of closed and open filled knots and small natural filled cracks.
For added peace of mind V4 Eiger Grand EG104 Oak, Rustic Oiled 240mm comes with the V4 Wood Flooring guarantee. This covers the floor for a period of thirty-five years on a residential installation and three years in commercial premises.
