This is to allow for cutting around the perimeter of the room and doorways etc. Plus also if you want a specific look and wish to discard certain boards for aesthetic reasons. The V4 Alpine Lock Engineered Oak floors are made with a multi-ply construction and a 5Gc Click Fit lock to all four sides of the board for a fast and efficient installation.Silver Sands Oak is a single plank oak engineered wood floor. The top wear layer is moulded with a micro bevel to all four sides of the board which helps to distinguish it from adjacent boards and to emphasise the real oak plank look to the floor.This engineered oak wood flooing is milled from European Oak selected to offer a characteristic rustic appearance grade.
