- We will honour our Price Match Promise if the company providing the lower quote is a UK VAT registered retailer. The company must also have the product(s) in stock and or offer the same availability / lead time as Oakwoods International Ltd. The company must be an approved retailer of the brand(s) in question. The following are excluded:

- Sole Traders
- Auction Sites
- Market Places
- Duty Free

Our Price Match Promise is based upon the total price. Delivery and other charges will be considered as part of the total price.
Price Match Promise is only applicable against the current advertised price offered by the competitor. Total prices that include additional promotional discount such as loyalty card points, cashback schemes and voucher or discount codes, are not eligible for our Price Match Promise.
The product in question must be identical in:
- Condition
- Specification: dimensions, finish, construction & more.
- Availability
- Our Price Match Promise excludes gift vouchers, discount codes, partner and affiliate codes and other offers and promotions.
All Price Match Promise transactions are carried out at the discretion of Oakwoods International Ltd. Oakwoods International Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Price Match Promise at any time.
